An Ancient Food Tip

I heard this rule from a friend and Im very sure most of you know it but dont follow it, it goes “Eat the breakfast of a poor man, A Kings lunch, and the Dinner of a poor man again”, well for the past year i followed this rule without going to the gym, i lost 15 Kilograms and found myself getting hungry every 2 hours. You will get use to the hunger since its extremely hard to be healthy and fit here in Kuwait. Your appetite for food will decrease during the night and increase during the day, since its logic that since you are awake during the day you burn more fat than eating right before you sleep. I generally try eating dinner at least 2 hours before i sleep since i really hate developing a “Karsha” 😀
